Job summary

Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P. is seeking driven Audit Interns to join our firm. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting audits for local government, nonprofit, and various industries, while developing technical skills and professional judgment.

You’ll work with audit teams under managers and senior staff, participate in firm training, and contribute to client service with integrity and teamwork. This internship could lead to future full-time opportunities within PBH.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 30+ hours per week for 12+ weeks starting in September (flexible around academic schedules).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit procedures, including internal control walk-throughs, analytics, and substantive testing.
• Work alongside audit teams on a variety of engagements under the guidance of managers and senior staff.
• Gain exposure to audit tools, software, and professional workpapers.
• Participate in firm training and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold PB&H’s commitment to integrity, client service, and professionalism.
