Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an Audit Intern to gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a solid foundation for your career. You will work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements and apply accounting knowledge using Firm technology.

Shadow Audit professionals of all levels and participate in team-building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project. Social functions and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.

Responsibilities

• Gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a solid foundation for your career.
• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
• Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using Firm technology.
