Qualifications

• CPA, CIA, or CISA designation or related university degree.
• Big 4 internal audit experience preferred.
• Experience with SOX compliance for a public company.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and data automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support risk assessment and identify business risks where IA can add value.
• Manage and execute end-to-end internal audits including planning and reporting.
• Lead departmental transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and supervise IA staff and co-sourced resources.
• Perform root cause analysis and present findings to leadership.
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality work products.
