Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an IT Audit/IT SOX Manager to oversee risk-based IT audits and the IT SOX compliance program across the enterprise. The role emphasizes strong internal controls, process improvement, and team development.

Responsibilities include leading audit planning, executing IT audits, managing SOX testing, and deploying AI agents to automate activities. Travel up to 20% is required; a BA/BS and 5+ years in IT Audit are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Audit and SOX compliance experience with a public accounting firm or publicly traded company.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally, as needed.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO, SANS, ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the risk-based IT audit plan.
• Manage and execute IT audits; draft reports communicating results.
• Oversee annual IT SOX testing, including IT general, application and security controls.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate IT audit and IT SOX activities.
• Define how Internal Audit evaluates and governs AI usage across the company.
• Assist with IT controls for newly identified in-scope systems.
• Provide consultative support to identify opportunities to improve IT controls and mitigate risk.
• Deliver audit reports with actionable recommendations and insights.
• Develop trust and relationships with IT teams across corporate and operating companies.
• Prepare reports for senior management or Audit Committee presentations.
