Job summary

TriSearch is seeking an Audit Engineer to bridge customers and product for an AI-driven platform. This on-site NYC role focuses on understanding client workflows, guiding adoption, and translating challenges into product feedback.

You’ll work with professional services and engineering to deliver impactful improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of audit experience, CPA preferred, and a strong track record in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of audit or assurance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Top 25 accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and client workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Curious about technology and excited about AI’s potential to transform professional workflows.
• High-ownership mentality and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workflow discovery throughout implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during onboarding and adoption.
• Run regular customer check-ins and manage ongoing communications.
• Support pilot engagements and new product rollouts.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback.
• Create and manage product and engineering requests, ensuring customer needs are tracked through resolution.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation playbooks and internal processes.
• Help customers redesign existing workflows to take advantage of AI-powered automation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, managers, and end users at customer organizations.
