Clark is seeking an Audit Engineer to bridge customers and our product in the AI audit space. You will work directly with accounting firms as they evaluate, implement, and scale Clark across their teams, translating real-world audit challenges into product improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of audit or assurance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Top 25 accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and client workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workflow discovery during implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout onboarding and adoption.
• Run weekly customer check-ins and manage ongoing communications.
• Support pilot engagements and new product rollouts.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable product feedback.
• Create and manage Linear issues for engineering teams, ensuring customer requests are tracked through resolution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation playbooks and internal processes.
• Help customers redesign workflows to take advantage of AI-powered automation.
• Build trusted relationships with audit partners, managers, and staff.
