Job summary

Clark is seeking an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager) to design, build, and optimize AI-powered accounting workflows using a no-code platform. You will map processes with accounting professionals, translate them into automation logic, and lead client onboarding to drive adoption.

Join a fast-growing team; 3+ years in accounting/finance, comfort with automation tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath), and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement-minded.
• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required).
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform.
• Translate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic.
• Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform.
• Document best practices and develop user-friendly resources.
• Provide actionable product feedback to our engineering team.

As an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager), you'll leverage our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations-no coding required.

What You'll Do

• Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)

• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• Organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player

• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000-$160,000 per year, commensurate with experience
