Responsibilities include staff development, mentoring, and overseeing engagement teams, as well as monitoring budgets and deadlines and communicating progress to the engagement principal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 6+ years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm driving strategic management.
• Experience leading teams and managing governmental audits and Single audits preferred.
• CPA license certification required.
