Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• Experience leading teams and managing governmental audits and single audits preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with clients.
• Assist clients in obtaining funding to support their community.
• Assist clients with audit and financial planning objectives.
• Mentor staff and oversee client engagement teams.
• Lead engagement progress with budgets and deadlines; report to the engagement principal with findings and recommendations.
