Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.

• Ability to bring in new business to a CPA firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee audit engagements and projects with effective planning, staffing, and execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff at all levels across the audit lifecycle.
• Drive strategic initiatives within the audit practice and support firm growth.
• Oversee department budget, ROI on technology, and tool optimization.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with the tax team.
