• Senior management experience in the public sector/auditing government entities.
• Strong client relations and business development capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintains contact with clients throughout the year and develops strong client relationships.
• May serve as engagement partner or report to the engagement partner on engagements.
• Signs attest opinions when assigned the engagement partner role.
• Oversees all phases of engagements and ensures deliverables comply with accounting frameworks and policy.
• Informs the partner of important developments and resolves potential issues with partner guidance.
• Ensures engagements are properly scheduled and staffed.
• Acts as SME for governmental sector engagements.
• Oversees billing and collection practices with engagement teams.
• Supervises staff and provides on‑the‑job training; reviews work products.
• Participates in staff performance evaluations and coaching.
• Assists in recruiting staff and interviewing Assurance/Advisory candidates.
• Represents the firm in business development and generates client leads and proposals.
• Leads initial communications with prospective clients and attends meetings.
• Ensures compliance with Firm-wide policies and procedures.
