Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting (required).
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured on-the-job training program to learn GAAP and GAAS.
• Learn BDO-specific audit methodology to assist with audits.
• Provide support functions to the audit staff during engagements.
• Communicate with clients' customers, creditors, banks, and related parties on audit issues.
• Prepare and document work in working papers using BDO-specific tools and templates.
• Contribute ideas to audit teams and present findings to a panel of Assurance professionals.
• Complete one accounting or audit-related research project and present findings.
• Perform other duties as required.
