JTCCompany in Austin, TX is seeking an Audit/Tax Assistant to support annual audits, tax returns, and state filings for SALI IDFs. You will collaborate with internal SALI departments and external auditors to gather documentation and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in financial services or accounting, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A team player with clear communication will thrive in this role.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience using, or quickly learning, third‑party financial or business software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Help facilitate the audit and tax process for SALI IDFs, including creating confirmation letters and providing requested documentation.
• Monitor high-volume inbox and respond accordingly.
• Assist accounting team with missing data or discrepancies and update records as needed.
• Capture data in Salesforce, Intralinks and SharePoint as required.
• Assist with Audit & Tax deadlines by tracking information and requesting missing documents.
• Participate in team projects and data integrity improvements.
