Job summary

S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. is seeking an Associate to join the External Audit and Assurance Group for Summer 2027 in Conshohocken, PA.

You will work with an engagement team to audit financial statements for clients across sectors including financial institutions and non-profits. Travel to clients will be required, with out-of-town travel under 20%. Responsibilities include communicating status to firm management and preparing reports per firm policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; finance, business, and other fields will be considered although certain accounting courses are required
• GPA 3.0 or greater is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate effective teamwork skills, including verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Snodgrass does not currently sponsor candidates for employment

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication and keep firm management apprised of fieldwork status
• Accurately prepare a variety of reports for management’s review, using established firm policies and procedures
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships during regular interactions throughout the audit process
• Availability to travel to clients (out of town travel is less than 20%)
