Job summary

S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Audit and Assurance Services Group in Cranberry Township, PA.

The role involves leading engagement teams and auditing financial statements for a diverse client base, including non-profits, financial institutions, employee benefit plans, manufacturing, and construction. This full-time position expects about 45 hours per week, with busy season peaks.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting required and CPA or CPA candidate.
• 2-3 years auditing experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with time management and multi-tasking focus.
• Proficiency with CaseWare, DataSnipper and/or IDEA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit and assurance services and prepare workpapers.
• Maintain communication with firm management and stakeholders.
• Identify accounting and taxation matters with supervision.
• Prepare reports for management review using firm templates.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver quality service.
• Work independently and in a team in person or remotely.
• Travel to clients; out-of-town travel < 25%.
