The role involves presenting findings monthly to Personal Banking senior leadership and ensuring alignment with the Bank's and Personal Banking's sales goals and strategy. Responsibilities include audits, policy improvement, and developing data queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with GPA 3.25+.
• 1+ year of audit experience.
• 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Strong analytical, logic, and math skills.
• Self-starter who works well with others.
• Strong Excel experience; Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audits Personal Banking Sales Leadership Program (SLP) within the Bank to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy and procedures.
• Identifies improper documentation, researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies or procedures accordingly.
• Leads audits to review for proper control and potential process efficiency improvements.
• Works with internal auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the internal auditing function.
• Executes monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Creates and maintains databases, develops and performs queries both independently and at the direction of management.
