Job summary

KPMG LLP in New York seeks an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead release and operations for Audit AI initiatives. You will partner with product owners to align on roadmaps, drive onboarding of member firms, and manage stage-gate processes and offshore resources.

The role requires strong ITIL/Agile experience, excellent communication, and a track record of implementing enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions within audit settings.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT service management or release management in a large-scale enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required.
• Experience planning the adoption of AI/ML and data analytics in an audit context.
• ITIL certification and Agile/Scrum preferred; strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with KPMG Audit AI product owners to understand roadmap and releases; assess impacts on processes and onboarding for member firms.
• Develop onboarding processes for member firms to Audit AI; oversee setup of project teams and channels.
• Lead prioritization discussions with leadership, manage stage gates, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders; supervise offshore resources; conduct onboarding sessions.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment
