Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field and 4–5+ years of audit experience.
• Active US CPA certification or equivalent; willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience supervising planning and execution of audits of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Experience supervising audits of financial statements under U.S. GAAP and GAAS; PCAOB registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOX/ICFR and management review controls.
• Experience with audit documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform audit procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAS and PCAOB rules.
• Provide audit services with value beyond regulatory requirements.
• Apply SEC rules and regulations over financial reporting.
• Utilize data analytics to deliver high-quality audits and insights.
• Identify audit risks, gather evidence and generate insights for clients.
• Prepare, analyze, and verify financial statements using accepted procedures.
• Explain accounting issues clearly, including revenue recognition and internal controls.
• Manage and mentor teams; maintain long-term client relationships and pursue business development.
