Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 2–5 years of public accounting experience required.
• Active pursuit of CPA licensure with progress toward certification.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements.
• Perform audit procedures, substantive testing, and analytical reviews.
• Prepare audit work-papers and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial statements and related disclosures.
• Analyze financial information and identify accounting and reporting issues.
• Prepare account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
• Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and partners.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
• Manage multiple assignments and engagement deadlines.
• Participate in continuing professional education and professional development activities.
