Job summary

OHSU is seeking a Research Assistant 1 level candidate who will participate in basic research activities under supervision and assist in data collection and documentation. The position involves working with human subjects, including children, in a research setting.

The successful candidate will have relevant graduate coursework in audiology and experience with auditory evoked potentials, with duties split between OHSU and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or on vacation from Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
• Must have good oral and written English communication skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with human subjects, including children, in a research environment.
• Must be methodical and organized in collecting and documenting processes and data.
• Familiarity with hearing science
