Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking a part-time research support candidate to assist with data collection, analysis and preparation of testing materials. You will help calibrate equipment, recruit subjects when needed, and report findings to the principal investigator with careful documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and flexibility to support various lab activities across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of college coursework or equivalent experience required.
• Based in some departments, bilingual skills may be required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of transfer or hire required in Cognitive Neuroscience.
• CITI certification within 30 days of transfer or hire required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and data analysis.
• Assist in preparation of stimuli and test procedures.
• Calibrate, maintain and clean laboratory equipment and workspace.
• Recruit, schedule and test human or animal subjects when applicable.
• Report findings to investigators and staff; document results precisely.
• Operate and assist with electronic devices, PCs and audio equipment.
