Job summary

GN is seeking a qualified audiology support specialist to provide audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting, product information, and troubleshooting across current and discontinued GN platforms.

You will collaborate with Sales, Training, Customer Service and Engineering; document interactions; maintain knowledge through continuing education and complete product training.

Qualifications

• State Licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing.
• GN products experience preferred.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiological and technical support for hearing aid fitting, product information and troubleshooting across GN platforms.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, R&D, Software Engineering and Sales to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in company systems and report discrepancies when needed.
• Conduct internal product and software trainings in conjunction with local training teams.
• Support Sales/Training/Customer Service/Technical Support to optimize sales efforts.
