Job summary

GN Group seeks a Field Training Audiologist to train customers on ReSound products and software, and to deliver audiology support including fitting and troubleshooting. The role emphasizes increasing knowledge and shaping buying behavior while training GN employees.

Extensive field travel (75%) is required, with collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Technical Support to create impactful, compliant training solutions and demos during product launches.

Qualifications

• AuD or PhD in Audiology; Master’s degree considered.
• Clinical experience fitting patients with amplification.
• Extensive travel ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training using adult learning principles.
• Support US sales teams by providing training to accounts.
• Create training plans with measurable outcomes and updates.
• Coordinate travel within corporate guidelines and maintain records.
