Job summary

MED-EL in the United States is seeking a Clinical Account Manager for Ohio. This role blends clinical audiology expertise with account management, building relationships with audiologists, surgeons, hospital teams, and other hearing healthcare professionals while delivering expert product support for MED-EL hearing solutions.

You will partner with regional teammates to develop business strategies, pursue growth opportunities, and help meet regional sales objectives through field visits,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or greater in Audiology or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clinical and technical information to a variety of professional audiences.
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and software used in clinical support.
• Ability and willingness to travel greater than 50% throughout the Ohio territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with audiologists, surgeons, clinicians, hospital teams, and other hearing healthcare professionals.
• Provide expert clinical and product support for MED-EL hearing solutions.
• Collaborate with regional teammates to develop business strategies and achieve sales objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and support existing accounts.
• Travel frequently throughout the Ohio territory and coordinate with regional teammates.
