Job summary

ExcelHealth Group seeks a full-time Traveling Audiologist to provide comprehensive hearing care in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities across Ohio. You’ll perform audiologic testing, fittings, programming, and ongoing device support, while coordinating with facility staff and our scheduling team.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Audiology, current state license, and demonstrates strong communication, independent work ethic, and a commitment to patient-centered care in diverse care

Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology (AuD) required for licensure.
Valid state license or able to obtain before starting.
Experience with hearing evaluations and hearing aid services preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and support hearing care for residents in long-term care facilities.
Conduct audiologic testing, otoscopy, and hearing screenings onsite.
Program, adjust, and coordinate repair of hearing aids and devices.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely.
Coordinate with scheduling to optimize facility visits and coverage.
Stay current with audiology standards and continuing education.
