Responsibilities

• Provide support to Audiologists with daily workflows, including coordinating hearing aid pickups and documenting consultations.
• Assist patients with fitting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and education of hearing aids and assistive devices; ensure devices are clean and functional.
• Greet patients and guide them from waiting areas to exam rooms.
• Support pre-determination process for hearing devices and appointments.
• Maintain inventory and manage orders for audiological equipment and supplies.
• Assist with billing concerns and invoice management.
