Responsibilities include patient questions, hearing aid checks, audiogram entry in NOAH, and EMR-related tasks. Strong customer service, Excel, and HIPAA knowledge are essential; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
• Proficient data entry and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance preferred.
• Bachelor’s/graduate degree in Hearing Sciences required or related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions on hearing care and services, including hearing aid insertion.
• Perform in-office repairs, battery checks, and cleanings for hearing devices.
• Enter audiograms into NOAH software.
• Prepare exam rooms with supplies and equipment; keep areas neat and ready.
• Provide basic patient instructions related to medical care as directed.
• Schedule appointments per provider preferences and update as needed.
• Support EMR training and assist back office with clerical EMR tasks.
