HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist to join our team in Oklahoma. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss within your licensure, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to a thriving practice.

We offer a competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commissions, plus a relocation stipend. Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, HSA, and retirement plans, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• An active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license that meets applicable state requirements.
• At least two years of hearing aid sales experience or two years of equivalent industry training under a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist.

Responsabilités

• Deliver comprehensive hearing care, including evaluations, fittings, patient education, and ongoing aftercare.
• Check, clean, troubleshoot, and repair hearing devices.
• Operate audiometric equipment, interpret results, and explain findings to patients.
• Counsel patients on devices, accessories, and payment options, conforming with payors and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Patient Care Coordinator and Manager to grow patient population and meet goals.
• Build community connections through outreach and physician relationships.
• Support telehealth and remote care services as licensure allows.
• Maintain required licensure and continuing education.
