American Hearing + Audiology in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Clinical Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist. You will run comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, build patient-centered plans, and fit hearing devices while collaborating with leadership to keep the clinic thriving both financially and clinically.

Qualifications

• Audiologists must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology and a valid Oklahoma audiology license in good standing.
• Hearing Instrument Specialists must hold a valid Oklahoma Hearing Instrument Dispensing license and a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Both roles require strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations with current calibrated equipment.
• Build patient-centered treatment plans through counseling and education.
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices and assistive technology.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to maintain clinic financial, cultural, and clinical success.
• Sell hearing aids and accessories with Integrity Selling; work with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Run comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations on calibrated, current equipment. Build patient-centered treatment plans through counseling and education. Recommend and fit the right hearing devices. Partner with your Regional Manager to keep the clinic thriving financially, culturally, and clinically. Sell hearing aids and accessories using Integrity Selling. Operate with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you’ll need

Audiologists: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology + valid Oklahoma audiology license in good standing

Hearing Instrument Specialists: Valid Oklahoma Hearing Instrument Dispensing license in good standing. High school diploma required; related college degree preferred. 1+ year diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing preferred.
