HearingLife is hiring an Audiologist in the New York area to diagnose and treat hearing loss while delivering excellent patient care. The role emphasizes growth of the patient population, adherence to licensing standards, and participation in Telehealth initiatives where applicable.

The position includes a base salary of 85k-95k plus uncapped commission, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401K with match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifikationen

• Active dispensing license or Audiology license per state requirements.
• At least 2 years of hearing aid sales experience or equivalent training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Aufgaben

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services including hearing tests and device fittings.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and clean hearing aids and earmolds as needed.
• Grow patient population while meeting practice financial goals.
• Engage in local community outreach and physician relationship building.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and educate on payment methods.
