Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Audiology required.
• Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience diagnosing balance disorders.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Administer a wide variety of audiological tests to determine hearing level and site of lesion, including newborn screens.
• Administer ABR and Video-Nystagmography (VNG)/rotary chair examinations and interpret results.
• Counsel patients and families regarding test results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with medical staff on audiological and vestibular problems and referrals.
• Prepare diagnostic reports and ensure confidentiality.
• Provide didactic and practical in-service training to residents, students, and staff.
