HearingLife, part of the Demant family, is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Crystal Lake, IL. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss, dispense devices, and guide patients through the care journey.

The role emphasizes growth, patient satisfaction, and collaboration with a strong team. Relocation/sign-on bonus of 10k is available, with a base salary of 60k-100k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifikationen

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology license required.
• 2+ years in hearing aid sales or related industry training under licensed HIS or AuD.
• Illinois license/certification to practice audiology or hearing aid dispensing.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical care, hearing tests and fittings while ensuring positive patient experiences.
• Perform hearing aid checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and device cleaning.
• Drive practice growth by meeting sales targets and key business metrics.
• Engage with local community health fairs and physician relationships.
• Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and payment options.
• Operate audiometric equipment and explain results clearly to patients.
