HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist to join our team in Philadelphia. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss with clinical expertise and deliver exceptional patient care while expanding the patient base and achieving practice financial KPIs.
Base salary ranges from 85k to 95k with uncapped commissions, reflecting market compensation for experienced professionals in a national hearing care company. Opportunities for growth and benefits are included.
Qualifikationen
- Licensed Audiologist or active Hearing Aid Dispensing license per state requirements.
- 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or equivalent training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
Aufgaben
- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Perform hearing tests, fittings, and educate users on best practices for hearing aids.
- Grow patient population and meet practice financial goals with ethical sales practices.
- Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of hearing aids and related devices.
- Engage with the community through health fairs and physician outreach to promote HearingLife services.
