Job summary

HearingLife in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team and provide expert hearing care. You will diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience and growing your patient population.

The role offers a base salary of 55k-90k plus uncapped commission, relocation assistance up to $10k, and comprehensive benefits with ongoing professional development opportunities within HearingLife.

Qualifications

• Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
• 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
• Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices including troubleshooting, repairs, earmolds and cleaning.
• Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
• Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships; represent HearingLife as an advocate for a life changing difference.
• Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories; maintain understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
• Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets with PCC and Manager to achieve KPIs.
• Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
• Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
• Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results; communicate results clearly to patients.
• All other duties as assigned.
