HearingLife, part of the Demant Group, seeks a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist for our Crown Point, IN clinic. The role provides comprehensive hearing healthcare and drives clinic growth in a new location. Must be licensed or eligible per state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license or eligibility.
• Strong desire to serve the local community.
• Experience generating new patients and referrals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss per state licensing standards.
• Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and patient education on device use.
• Provide aftercare services including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Counsel patients on options and payment methods in compliance with regulations.
• Help grow the clinic and participate in community outreach.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and leadership to meet financial goals.
• Support telehealth and remote care initiatives.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education.
• Operate audiometric equipment and clearly communicate results.
