Job summary

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our in-office clinical team at our new Crown Point clinic. You will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare services while helping establish and grow the clinic, delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Candidates must be licensed per state requirements and have a passion for serving the local community. The role includes a competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions and a strong benefits

Qualifications

  • Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.
  • Experience generating new patients and patient referral networks.
  • Strong desire to work with the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss per licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments, fittings, and patient education on device use.
  • Provide aftercare, troubleshooting, and maintenance for hearing devices.
  • Counsel patients on options, payments, and payor processes within regulations.
  • Support clinic growth and achieve financial goals with ethical practices.
  • Engage in community outreach and physician relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with staff to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain continuing education and licensure compliance.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results clearly.

Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Location: Crown Point, IN

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team for our newest clinic in Crown Point, IN. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Additionally this person will be responsible for helping the clinic grow and establish this new clinic. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Compensation
  • 65k-90k based on license type and credentials + Uncapped Commission
  • Greenfield Commission plan (in addition to the normal HearingLife Commission plan!)

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
  • Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
  • Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
  • Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
  • Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner
