Job summary

HearingLife is hiring a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team for our newest clinic around Phoenix Bell. You will provide comprehensive hearing healthcare and deliver an exceptional patient experience while helping the clinic grow and establish this new clinic.

Candidates must be licensed or eligible under Arizona requirements. This role offers growth opportunities, ongoing education, and a competitive compensation plan including uncapped commissions

Qualifications

  • Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat hearing loss under state licensing standards.
  • Experience generating new patients and patient referral networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
  • Conduct hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings for patients.
  • Provide aftercare, troubleshooting and maintenance for devices.
  • Educate patients on device use, options and payment methods while following regulations.

Overview

HearingLife is seeking a full-time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in-office clinical team for our newest clinic around Phoenix Bell. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Additionally this person will be responsible for helping the clinic grow and establish this new clinic. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Compensation
  • 70k-90k based on license type and credentials + Uncapped Commission
  • Greenfield Commission plan (in addition to the HearingLife Commission plan!)

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards
  • Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care
  • Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance
  • Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third-party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices
  • Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development
  • Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals
  • Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance
  • Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results
  • Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications
