Job summary

Colorado Hearing, a HearingLife Company, in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking an Audiologist to join a busy ENT office. You will diagnose, counsel, and fit hearing aids while collaborating with ENT physicians and fellow audiologists.

The position offers diagnostic evaluations, sales, fittings, and post-implant care, with a base salary plus 10% commission and relocation assistance. You will work in a clinical, patient‑centered environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Doctor of Audiology degree or equivalent audiology credentials.
Active Audiology license, or eligibility for licensure, in Colorado.
Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing aids, and follow-up care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations and communicate results clearly.
Provide hearing aid consultations and counsel on technology based on patient needs.
Perform hearing aid fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care.
Educate patients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and expectations.
Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting for amplification devices.
Support post-implant patients with device setup and optimization in collaboration with ENT.
