Job summary

Colorado Hearing, a HearingLife Company, in Colorado Springs, CO, seeks an Audiologist to join a medical-model practice within a busy ENT office. The role spans diagnostic audiology, physician-referred patient care, hearing aid consultations, sales, fittings and ongoing support.

We offer $100,000-$110,000 plus commission with relocation assistance. You will work with two other Audiologists, have your own office and sound booth, and help diagnose hearing loss while delivering exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology degree or equivalent credentials.
• Active Audiology license or eligibility per Colorado requirements.
• Experience with diagnostic audiology, hearing aid consultations, sales, fittings and follow-up.
• Implant-related experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations and communicate findings clearly.
• Provide hearing aid consultations and counsel on technology based on patient needs.
• Perform fittings, programming, verification, orientation and follow-up care.
• Educate patients on use, maintenance and communication strategies.
• Coordinate post-implant care and collaborate with ENT team.
• Drive practice growth through ethical recommendations and patient care.
