Job summary

The Tampa Bay area ENT practice is seeking Audiologists for full- or part-time roles. Base salary 80,000–95,000 USD per year with monthly commission potential (1,500–5,000+).

Benefits include a 9.6% employer 401(k) contribution, 3 weeks PTO, CME days and stipend, and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekends or on-call. Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent.
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
