Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) for a Tampa Bay area ENT practice. The role combines diagnostic audiology with hearing aid services, offering a base salary plus monthly commission and a stable 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements.

The position supports both new graduates and experienced Audiologists, with competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for flexibility between full-time and part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent qualifying degree
• Florida Audiology license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare
