Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking an Audiologist (Au.D.) to join a busy ENT practice in the Tampa Bay area. Enjoy a structured schedule with diagnostic and hearing aid services, plus competitive compensation and benefits.

This role offers a base salary with monthly commission opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply for either full-time or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Au.D. is required or equivalent.
• Florida license or eligibility to practice.
• Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
