Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is partnering with a Tampa Bay ENT practice to hire Audiologists (Au.D.) in a full- or part-time capacity. The role combines diagnostic audiology with hearing aid services in a busy ENT setting.

Based in the Tampa Bay area, the position offers a strong base salary plus commission potential, generous benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) with no weekends or on-call requirements. Flexible options are available to accommodate your preference.

Qualifications

• Au.D. or equivalent qualifying degree.
• Florida license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong diagnostic skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Provide hearing aid evaluations, consultations, fittings, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized hearing healthcare.
