Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our client's team in Bloomington, MN. This role involves providing high-quality hearing and balance healthcare services to patients of all ages.   • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and balance assessments for patients of all ages.

  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audiology and integrate new techniques and technologies into practice.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
  • Proficiency in using audiometric and balance assessment equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education / Professional Experience

  • 1+ years of experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids.
  • Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Valid audiology license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota.
  • Candidates currently licensed in Minnesota are strongly preferred.
