Are you interested in impacting the future of hearing for those with hearing loss? Starkey is looking for a Research Audiologist who will support the initiatives of the Clinical and Audiology Research team and work on our award-winning technology. The primary responsibility of this position is conducting a variety of short- and long-term clinical research and validation studies that will have an impact on future hearing aid technology and bring benefit to the hearing impaired. Projects include prototype hearing aid technology evaluations, novel audiological procedure development, validation and usability of hearing aid products and features, and post-market studies of patient benefit. The individual in this role will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout Starkey, including Research and Development, Product Management, Marketing and Education & Training.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target pay range for this position is between $85,000 to $103,320.00/year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
