Job Summary

Ready to practice audiology the way it was meant to be practiced? At MaineGeneral Health, our Audiologists don’t just perform hearing tests and fit hearing aids; they practice the full scope of their training in a dynamic outpatient setting serving patients across the lifespan.

Position

Outpatient Audiologist – MaineGeneral Medical Center, Augusta, ME
Full‑time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Conduct vestibular testing, including ENG evaluations
  • Perform ABR evaluations and other advanced diagnostic procedures
  • Diagnose hearing and balance disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and families
  • Recommend and fit hearing aids and other assistive devices
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document and coordinate care to ensure seamless patient experiences
What You Bring
  • Maine state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility)
  • CCC‑A preferred but not required
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for patient‑centered care
  • New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Incentives

• $15,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced Audiologists with at least one year of experience
• $4,000 early‑acceptance incentive for new‑graduate Audiologists ( candidates encouraged to apply at least 6 weeks before graduation )

Benefits
