Job Title: Audio Visual Technician

We are hiring immediately for on-call Audio Visual Technician positions at Pfizer, Chesterfield, MO. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Previous corporate conference center AV support experience is preferred but not required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

Ensures all AV requirements requested by clients are met, interfaces with various AV, communication, and presentation technologies, maintains positive customer relationships, and responds promptly to inquiries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests and provide necessary equipment/support.
• Support problem escalation and resolution, follow up on service challenges.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings and events.
• Follow SOPs for AV support, conduct preventative maintenance, and report findings.
• Change projectors, lamps, and cabling as needed.
• Review equipment operation with customers and assist in operation.
• Educate staff and customers on AV equipment basics.
• Maintain metrics on equipment inventory and repairs.
• Assist with conference room setups, breakdowns, and other tasks.
• Keep AV storerooms organized and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year supporting AV for events.
• Proficient in computer skills and office technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
