Job Description

1. Manage online conferencing by hosting Webex Events, Microsoft Teams Live Events, and Interprefy events. Handle live streaming, platform rollout, and troubleshooting.
2. Provide white glove service connecting SLT and executives for online events.
3. Operate AV equipment including Taiden and Bosch Synoptic Microphones, voting and interpretation systems, robotic cameras, Polycom/Tandberg videoconferencing, and video/audio routing via Crestron touch panels.
4. Plan and operate AV for live events and media productions.
5. Record, transcode, digitize, edit, and archive meetings for streaming and storage.
6. Install, configure, and operate AV equipment such as microphones, projectors, speakers, and cameras for meetings and events.
7. Be familiar with video conferencing tools like Zoom and Teams.
8. Ensure AV systems function smoothly during events and perform regular maintenance.
9. Provide on-site technical support, assisting presenters and resolving issues.
10. Coordinate with other technical teams for system integration.
11. Maintain AV equipment inventory and oversee repairs or replacements.
12. Report on AV system status and provide feedback to management.
13. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Train other AV technicians.
