Insight Global is seeking several AV Technicians to deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3+ years in AV/communications or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document clearly.
• Ability to perform under pressure and resolve conflicts.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues in audio, video, control, and networking systems.
• Troubleshoot programming issues in the field and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate new incidents and requests via a ticketing system.
• Perform onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients.
• Research system lifecycle and support customer engagement teams.
• Provide training to customers on audiovisual systems.
• Continuously seek ways to improve team performance.

Job description

Salary Range: 45K-60k annually (commensurate with experience)

Relocation Package: Full Relocation Package Offered including moving expenses, per diem, etc.

Company Vehicle, Tools, Phone, and Laptop provided as well

Must-Haves:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Solid understanding of commercial audio-visual signal flow and design, ideally 2-3+ years
• Strong communication skills and ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and de-escalate conflicts effectively.
• Self-sufficient, well-prepared, and motivated to prioritize and execute tasks quickly.
• Fully invested in providing a superior customer experience and making a positive impact on peers and customers.

Plusses:

• CTS-I (Certified Technology Specialist - Installation) certification.
• Knowledge of Audio DSP and Crestron/AMX programming.
