Job summary

Bahia Resort Hotel in San Diego seeks an Audio Visual Tech II to set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, and events with minimal supervision.

You will support on-site events, troubleshoot basic issues, and assist with video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Webex. Prior AV experience preferred; weekend/holiday availability required. Work closely with Conference Services, Catering, Sales and Banquet teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of AV experience or training.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for events.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike audiovisual equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets and events.
